New Jersey’s Top Shore Towns

There are many great places to visit on the New Jersey shore, but the town with the best boardwalk is Wildwood, according to a recent survey by Fairleigh Dickinson University's PublicMind. The telephone survey of 794 New Jersey residents, conducted April 3–9, was commissioned by New Jersey Monthly magazine and asked New Jersey residents their views on which shore town has the best sand, the safest surf, and other characteristics making a good shore town. More results appear in the June issue of New Jersey Monthly and on-line at www.njmonthly.com.

PublicMind is the research and survey institute of Fairleigh Dickinson University.
